Court victory for workers with disabilities

SAMANTHA DONOVAN: A landmark court case could see higher wages for more than 20,000 disabled workers across the country.

Two men with disabilities, who were being paid less than $4 an hour, took on the Government and their employer and won.

They argued the test used to determine their wages was discriminatory.

The Federal Government department responsible has today suspended that test as a result of the court decision.
