Dear Service Provider
Many of your clients may have applied to the second and final round of the Enhanced Service Offer grants and be beginning to ask your staff if they have heard about the outcome of that process.
Please assure your clients that the careful assessment of the 1500 applications is still underway and because this was significantly more applications than we expected, it is taking a little longer than scheduled. A copy of a letter which will be sent to all applicants and their preferred contact people or legal guardians on Monday 27 January, is attached for your information. This letter is intended to assure applicants that the process is continuing and let them know they will hear about the outcome by 21 February 2014.
