Free Art Therapy sessions at the Tuggeranong PlayingTogether Playgroup

Art, Friends, Fun and Support! Do you have a client caring for children
aged 0-5 with a developmental delay, disability or chronic illness who
might benefit from such activities? Our fully funded and facilitated
playgroup, 'Playing Together' at Tuggeranong will provide all this and
more.

This term ACT Playgroups have secured the services of an Art Therapist
(along with a fully qualified Development and Support Worker) to support
families through a variety of fun art activities. This is anything from
collage to noodles and slime to playdough. Parents are encouraged to
have a go alongside their children.

As well as art, there are always plenty of other things to do such as
play, sing, read and chat. Morning tea is provided and there is always
a friendly ear to share challenges and successes.

This group is FREE to attend and no referral or diagnosis is required.
Just call us on 1800 171 882 or email playgroupsact@ixa.net.au to tell
us you are coming or to find out more.

Playing Together is jointly funded and supported by the ACT and Federal
Governments, ACT and NSW Playgroup Associations and the ACT Child and
Family Centres.
