Northside Community Service (NCS) is seeking applications from highly
motivated candidates for the position of Community Development Officer
to join our Youth, Family & Housing Team.

About the position:
The Community Development Officer is responsible for the development and
facilitation of networks, engagement and consultation of community
groups and the establishment of collaborative partnerships and programs,
that respond to identified need and encourage participation within the
community

Key competencies:
* Relevant qualifications and experience in delivering Community
Development Programs and/ or events.
* Exceptional ability to build and maintain key stakeholder
relationships.
* Demonstrated experience in working with marginalized and vulnerable
communities.
* High level communication skills with experience in reporting both
internally and externally.
* Demonstrated experience in adapting to and influencing change in a
working environment.
* Current driver's licence without restrictions.
