Northside Community Service is currently recruiting for the following
position:
Transport Services Coordinator- Maternity Leave Contract, Fixed Term: 38 hrs
per week Northside Community Service is currently seeking expressions of
interest from highly motivated candidates to fill the position of Transport
Services Coordinator within the Home Support and Transport Team to cover
maternity leave.
Reporting to the Team Leader, Home Support and Transport include:
- Coordinate all referrals and client appointments for the Transport
Services team.
- Coordinate rosters for all Transport Team Members, including paid and
volunteer staff members, including daily adjustments and approvals based on
services delivered.
- Contribute to a team environment by providing support and relief backup
for the Home Support Service Coordinator and other team members as needed.
- Assist in compiling monthly reports, including outputs reports and
invoices. This includes reporting for the Home and Community Care (HACC)
funding agreement.
