We have received a request from Christine Johnston and her colleagues at the University of Western Sydney to invite you to complete an online survey to help with the start of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
The survey will ask questions about the type of information families/carers need and how best to provide this information using the internet. Participation is voluntary and anonymous. All instructions are detailed on the survey, and completing it should only take about 20 minutes of your time. If you do not have access to the internet, a hard copy of the survey is available.
