All inclusive and all levels of ability a great family , individual or
team event Bikes, scooters, trikes, wheelchairs all welcome Celebrate
100 years of cycling in Canberra and help raise funds for a local
charity
12 noon Saturday 21st September to 12 noon Sunday 22nd September Stromlo

Adults: $35, Families: 2 adults and 3 children $60, Under 16: $15
(includes bicycle bell for U16's)
. Suitable for all ages and all levels of ability. Get your wheels
moving around the Stromlo Forest Park Criterium track from midday
Saturday 21 to midday Sunday 22 September 2013.
. Pedal or wheel as many laps as you can then hand over to a
team-mate to continue.
. Team members can change over as many times as they like.
. Make the most of your Wheel-A-Thon experience and dress up your
bikes, scooters, trikes, wheelchairs, and of course, your team members
or campsite to win some awesome prizes while having the time of your
life. Dress in period costume as we celebrate 100 years of cycling in
Canberra
Teams can have a up to 12 participants and change over as many times as
they like then hand over to a team mate to continue Entertainment on
site for all ages , great food and hot and cold drinks available for
purchase or bring your own.
Set up your team campsite on site to cheer your team members on. Free
camping available (optional) The event is held within a safe environment
closed to traffic.
Although the event is not a race your team can count laps completed,
challenge each other ! Each lap is 1.2kms to calculate the distance
pedalled by you or your team This fun family event is suitable for all
ages and all levels of ability.don't miss it!
What a difference 24 hours can make!
All the funds raised through this event will support services and
programs Hartley Lifecare provides to children and adults living with
disability in the region.
