Registrations are now open for our October PATH facilitator Training
Workshop!  


With the imminent introduction of Disabilitycare Australia, useful resources
and tools to assist people with their life planning are essential.  Do you
have an interest in helping people to plan and achieve their goals?  Do you
work with people with disability?  The PATH Planning process may be the tool
you are looking for! 

PATH (*Planning Alternative Tomorrows with Hope) is an internationally
successful facilitated planning tool which is designed to assist people with
disabilities to work towards their goals, whether large or small.

I'm pleased to announce our PATH facilitator training dates for October
2013.*
 
The PATH facilitator training will be held over 2 full days and one evening
session:
 
Day 1      Friday, 18 October 2013      9.00am-4.30pm       (Belconnen
Community Centre) Day 2      Saturday, 19 October 2013 9.00am-4.30pm      
(Belconnen Community Centre) Evening  Tuesday 22 October 2013    6.00-9.00pm
          (Disability Information Support Hub, Belconnen)
 
Cost of training:

Service providers/Government employees                   $350 ea
 
Family member / Concession                                         $120 ea
 
*Please note that a minimum of 12 participants are required for workshop to
proceed.

Your workshop registration forms need to be back to me by the 9 October. To
register for the workshop, please email me at bcspath@act.gov.au and I will
send you a registration form for you to complete.
