*ROOM TO MOVE INCLUSIVE COMMUNITY DANCE WORKSHOPS - 2.30,**
**SATURDAY,** **SEPTEMBER
28, 2013
**2:30-4:30pm, Belconnen Arts Centre, Belconnen*

*INNER-OUTER SPACE*
Elizabeth will lead an easy but energizing warm up and then through some
improvisational tasks let us experience how the space and breath inside the
body can move us, and how we can play with the space outside the body as
well as the spaces between the dancers in the studio space.****
With Sue we will be experiencing the Outer Space view of this workshop. We
will become the life giving energy from our star the Sun; appreciate the
protective qualities of the Earth's atmosphere; experiment with
weightlessness and dance the planets and meteorites. Come and enjoy the moon
and stars!****
