If service providers or schools are able to financially sponsor
interested families to attend the 2 day conference, this is a great way
to show your investment in the capacity building of families.
Support workers may be interested in attending the conference with a
family member that they already have a relationship with? Often a
support worker/teacher or a family member attends conferences such as
this one by themselves only to find it hard to implement ideas after the
event. Why not attend and share the experience that will lead to
supported action after the event.
