Have you ever needed urgent health care in the evening, on the weekend or a public holiday? Share your experience with ACTML.

ACT Medicare Local is working with the ACT community to understand and
help address the after hours primary health care needs of the ACT
region. Primary health care is delivered in the community, outside of
hospitals.

This 10 minute survey is for community members and will provide us with
valuable information about your experiences and requirements for after
hours primary health care services.
