Property Services Officer
Capital Community Housing is a not for profit organisation that provides
housing and tenancy management services for people with disability. CCH
has been operating in the ACT for over 30 years. We currently have a
vacancy for a Property Services Officer. This role will suit someone
who is at the beginning of their career, is willing to learn and is keen
to commit to professional development with a possible career path in the
Social Housing Sector.
We are looking for the right individual who will provide excellent
customer service to our clients. To succeed in this role, you will be a
committed client service professional with a positive outlook and the
ability to perform consistently in a dynamic, fast-paced office. You
will receive direction from the housing management team and at times the
Chief Executive Officer.
You need to have an eye for detail and be prepared to be flexible in
your response to change.
In this role you will be responsible for:
* Logging and co-ordinating Repairs and Maintenance requests
* Rent receipting
* Invoice processing
* General Administrative duties associated with the position
* Coordinating of basic Information Technology support
