1. Monday: 2 vacancies 1pm- 4pm $22per class, invoiced termly.
These art classes concentrate on painting and drawing. Students are
encouraged to develop and extend their range of pictorial motifs/subjects.
Students are given the opportunity and encouraged to improve their knowledge
and application of specific painting and drawing techniques and materials.
This is an advanced class.
2. Wednesday afternoon: 1 vacancy, 1pm- 3pm $18/class invoiced termly.
A safe inclusive environment for all, Wednesday afternoon class embraces
individuality and freedom of expression. Open to all mediums, exploring
painting, drawing, collage, relief and assemblage sculpture, allowing the
artists the autonomy to develop their own skills and recognise their many
abilities. Within this self-directed approach to art making, artistic
development is determined by the individuals own willingness to learn.
Suitable for all abilities.
3. Thursday morning: 1 vacancy, 9.30am-12pm $20/class invoiced termly.
This class is a mixed media art class, with an emphasis on self- expression
and experimentation. To facilitate creativity and learning we use a wide
range of mediums: painting, drawing, printmaking collage, textiles and
paper mache. Due to the broad scope of mixed media each student has the
opportunity to pursue their own interests and build on their strengths.
Thursday Morning class is a warm and welcoming environment, where students
can extend their art practice while socialising and developing skills with
like-minded individuals. Suitable for all abilities.
