PATH Facilitator Training Workshop February 2014

With the imminent introduction of National Disability Insurance Scheme,
useful resources and tools to assist people with their life planning are
essential. Do you have an interest in helping people to plan and achieve
their goals? Do you work with people with disability? The PATH planning
process may be the tool you are looking for!

I'm pleased to announce our PATH facilitator training dates for February
2014.

You can now lock these training dates into your diaries:

TRAINING DATES
The PATH facilitator training will be held over 2 full days and one evening
session:
Day 1 Friday, 21 February 2014 9.00am-4.30pm (NDS House,
Deakin)
Day 2 Saturday, 22 February 2014 9.00am-4.30pm (NDS House,
Deakin)
Evening To be advised 6.00-9.00pm (DISH@ 60-62 Oatley Court,
Belconnen)

COST OF TRAINING:
Service providers/Government Employees $375* ea
Concession
$125* ea
Please note: *The Registration fee includes a non-refundable administration
fee of $25.00.
An additional $25.00 cancellation fee will be incurred by registrants if
they cancel their attendance within 10 days of the workshop.

Please note that here are a limited number of spaces, so please register
promptly to secure your spot! Training will not commence unless all spaces
are filled.

REGISTRATION:
If you would like to enrol in the February 2014 PATH Facilitator Training
Workshop, please complete the PATH Workshop registration form and return it,
as soon as possible, so we can invoice you, and secure your place at the
Workshop.
