CRS Family Tree House Program OPEN for referrals

The Family Tree House program (FTH) at the Conflict Resolution Service
provides assistance to young people from the ages of 15 to 20 years of
age and their parents /carers in the prevention, management and
resolution of family conflict. This conflict could be causing a risk of
homelessness or have led to significant family breakdown.
The FTH conflict management approach provides mediation, conflict
coaching, family conferencing, assessments and safety planning, crisis
intervention and is tailored to the presenting family unit. The program
provides support young people and their whole family which can include
informal supports, extended family and friends.
Assistance can continue for more than 12 months with the Family Support
team providing appropriate referrals where needed; collaboration with
existing supports, case conferencing and attendance at outreach
appointments closer to families.

There are currently no wait lists, and we are open to taking new
enquires- with support able to begin within 24-48 hours of first contact
with the referring agency.
