Expressions of Interest - Train the Trainer Program on Gender and Disability (Melbourne)

I am passing on some information from Women with Disabilities Victoria. They want people to apply to learn to be  trainers to help men and women to have the same rights and to help stop violence against women with disabilities. There are only 20 positions available! 10 positions are available for women with disabilities. 10 positions for professional trainers – male or female, with or without a disability.

If you are interested in learning about this project go to one of the  information sessions which will be held in the city of Melbourne on Wednesday the 22nd of January 2014.  One session will be held at 10:30am – 1:00pm and another one at 6:00pm – 7:30pm. You only need to attend one session. If you want to come to one of the information sessions please email Pip at pip.robertson@wdv.org.au / or call her on (03) 9286 7809. Please let Pip  know of any support you need to participate (Attendant carers, interpreter, hearing loop or other things that will help).

Attached  is more information about the project and an application form - one is a plain English document.  If you have any questions about the project you can call Pip Robertson on (03) 9286 7809 or email pip.robertson@wdv.org.au
