LINC - opputunity for adults with a disability to live independently

Are you looking to move out into your own home?
Do you want to live somewhere you are supported to become part of the
local community?
Do you enjoy getting to know your neighbours and being part of a
community?
Then LINC may be the place for you!
LINC is a program designed to provide the opportunity for adults with a
disability to live independently within a supportive network in their
local community.
CatholicCare has a vacancy in their Northside network and are seeking
expressions of interest from individuals who would like to be part of
that network.
The LINC Program does not have funding to provide in home support to
network members. If you need this support to live independently, it must
be arranged prior to applying.
LINC provides support is through the form of Community Development
Workers, who assists in developing networks within the local community
and to help facilitate relationships between the LINC members.
