We are looking for people who:
* Have a passion for assisting people in achieving the best out of
life
* See the need for individualised support

* Are confident working with people who may have needs that are
labelled as challenging or confronting
* Comfortably establish and maintain positive relationships with
families and friends

* Actively promote a positive team environment
* Have a willingness to grow and learn and participate in training
* Are excellent communicators and know their way confidently around
a computer
* Can work a range of shifts inline with the needs of the service
* Hold a current Drivers Licence
* Holds a current General ACT Working with Vulnerable People Card
Preferable would be someone who:
* Holds a first aid certificate or is willing to obtain one
* Upholds a workplace culture that fosters recognition of
achievement and strives towards positive and affective teamwork;
* Has knowledge of our vision, mission and values;
