Arthritis ACT is seeking a volunteer minute taker to take minutes at monthly board meetings.
Venue: Ground Floor Conference Room
Grant Cameron Community Centre
27 Mulley Street, Holder.
Time: 6.00 - 8.00 pm
The volunteer would be required to:
1. Attend monthly Arthritis ACT board meetings at 6.00pm - 1st Monday of each month.
2. Take notes of key issues at the board meeting and prepare minutes of the meeting.
3. Distribute draft minutes to board members and make amendments as appropriate.
Required Skills:
1. Good communications skills.
2. Ability to record meeting details swiftly and accurately.
3. Ability to prepare minutes of meetings in an agreed format.
4. Ability to use Microsoft office word and outlook.
