Crunch Time

Crunch Time provides young people  aged 18-25 with a disability or mental illness the opportunity to acquire skills and knowledge to support them in being able to live healthy lifestyles. This course provides several components Nutrition, Smoking Cessation programs, Drug and Alcohol workshops and Exercise programs. The first component of Crunch time will be the Nutrition Cooking course.

Healthy Nutrition and Cooking
20th August  - 22nd October 2014

House with No Steps is partnering with ACT Department of Health and Nutrition Australia to provide a weekly cooking and food skills program.
Participants will learn about healthy eating, food safety, shopping and meal planning as well as developing practical cooking skills.
