Seeking expressions of interest in attending PATH facilitator training workshop

PATH FACILITATOR TRAINING 2013 - PATH (Planning Alternative Tomorrows with
Hope)

With the new NDIS approaching planning and goal setting will be essential.
PATH is a planning tool that may be extremely helpful for your clients and
families.

Would you like to learn how to implement an internationally successful
planning tool which is designed to assist people with disabilities to work
towards their goals, whether large or small?

Would you like to become part of our PATH facilitation team?

Susan Beaumont and David Hill, are once again presenting a PATH facilitator
training workshop here in the ACT.

The PATH facilitator training will be held over 2 full days and one evening
session:

Day 1 Friday, 1 March 2013 Full day (Belconnen Community
Centre TBC)
Day 2 Saturday, 2 March 2013 Full Day (Belconnen Community
Centre TBC)
+ Evening A week later (date mutually decided by participants) (6.00pm
-9.30pm)

Please Note: After successfully completing the training, facilitators will
be invited to join our PATH Program facilitators' team. Team members go on
our email list and receive email requests seeking facilitators to undertake
PATHs. Our PATH facilitators are remunerated for any PATHs they undertake
for our program.

The PATH program relies on trained facilitators to operate, so we encourage
trained facilitators to become part of the program and facilitate PATHs when
they are able to.

Our PATH program also holds quarterly Faciltator Team meetings for members
to network with other facilitators, share learning and workshop new skills.

Cost of training:
Corporate / Government / Service providers $350 ea

Family member / Concession $120 ea

and return, along with your payment details, as soon as possible to secure
your place at the Workshop.
