Position Vacant - Weekend Team Leader, Part-time position available The
Weekend Team Leader is a Job Share position which has two primary
responsibilities: On-site weekend emergencies contact & support for the
on-site adolescent residential and disability respite programs, the Marymead
Contact Program and home-based ACT Foster Care Program, and, formal staff
supervision of weekend rostered staff.
The successful applicants will be required to work alternate weekends on
Saturdays and Sundays from 9.00am to 5.00pm plus three hours on both the
Friday and Monday immediately before and after each weekend.
To be successful for this position you will need to have excellent
interpersonal and communication skills supported by sound administrative and
organisational skills, attention to detail, have experience with management
of staff and some rostering experience would also be an advantage.
An attractive salary package will be negotiated with the successful
applicants commensurate with relevant qualifications and experience.
