WIRC Closure Petition to be presented, ACt Assembly Thursday, 330pm - please come along!

Hello All,

The Petition calling on Chief Minister Katy Gallagher to keep open the
Women's Information and Referral Centre (WIRC) has gathered almost 700
signatures, and despite a show of stubbornness in various meetings this
week with minsters, will be PRESENTED to the ACT Assembly (196 London
Circuit) at
3.30 pm on Thursday 28 November. Hopefully, we can muster a GREAT CROWD
to support this - please do SPREAD the word and come along - with our
gratitude to all those who have added their voices, signatures and
presence to this campaign.
