2014-15 ACT Participation (Women's) Grants
The Participation (Women's) Grants Program is an ACT Government initiative which aims to advance the objectives and priorities of the ACT Women's Plan 2010-2015 and the ACT Prevention of Violence against Women and Children 2011-2017 to improve the status and lives of women and girls in the ACT.
In 2014-15 total funding of up to $135,000 is available under three categories:
* Special Projects and Capacity Building categories inspire community organisations to consider broadening the scope and sustainability of initiatives to advance the objectives and priorities of the ACT Women's Plan 2010-2015
* The Audrey Fagan Violence Prevention Grants encourages community organisation to design and implement initiatives that advance the objectives and strategies of
the ACT Prevention of Violence against Women and Children Strategies 2011-2017.
* Developing a strong anti violence culture for women, children and families in the ACT is amongst the key four objectives.
