Law has Knox traders in a blind rage

http://knox-leader.whereilive.com.au/news/story/law-has-knox-traders-in-a-blind-rage/

ALFRESCO dining in Knox is under siege, with cafe owners being fined $200 if they don’t move their tables and chairs to allow visually impaired people to feel their way along shopfront walls as they walk.

Cafe owners fear patrons will be forced to sit in the wind, rain, heat or cold, as many chairs and tables will be out on the pavement’s edge.

(!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
