*This Social Joint Venture is a collaborative partnership between
Communities@Work, Tandem, Koomari, Carers ACT, Advance Personnel and
other
supporters.*

* *Under the guidance and support of the CEO and the Steering Committee,
the Project Manager, Disability social Venture, will develop and
implement a business case and business plan for a project to establish a
social enterprise model which provides young people with moderate to
profound disabilities with skill and opportunities to build meaningful
roles. The promotion of the project and accessing community and
corporate support are critical success factors for the Project Manager.

Ideally the successful candidate will have extensive project management
experience and demonstrated capacity to manage complex community
services delivery programs. They will also have a demonstrated
understanding of the social and political environment in which community
organizations operate including issues concerning community support and
funding options. They will develop and implement a program for effective
fundraising from all sectors of the community including
corporate/philanthropic and private donations/sponsorships/grants.
