Bulk billing for Psychologist

Bulk billing for counselling and psychological assistance now available
in Belconnen

Dear colleagues,

My good news is that the BCS Counselling Service is now able to offer
bulk billing for participants who have a Mental Health Care Plan from
their GP and are holders of a Health Care Card. This means that there is
no payment at all for these participants; we bulk bill Medicare directly
for their appointments.

It should also be noted that participants without a Health Care Card,
but with a Mental Health Care Plan, pay a gap fee, but we bill the rest
to Medicare.

This makes our Counselling Service more affordable for some of your own
program participants. At present I can make appointments within 1-2
weeks.
