ACT Government Health Directorate in conjunction with Cycle Education is
happy to offer FREE learn to ride and cycling skills courses. For women
and men aged 18 and over who are not currently working and/or are
Centrelink cardholders (e.g. health care card).
Learn to ride dates: Monday 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th August 2012 Cycling
skills dates: Tuesday 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th August, 4th, 11th, 18th and
25th September 2012
Time: 10am-11.30am
Meeting at the car park behind Mr Spokes Bike Hire, Lake Burley Griffin

* Free bike and helmet to borrow
* A qualified AustCycle instructor
* Skills to improve your confidence to ride a bike
* Bike and helmet safety check
