TUGGERANONG LOCAL HEALTH CONNECTIONS EVENT

Do you provide health services and programs for families with teenagers?

organisations who support families with teenagers?

Do you want to connect with health care providers in the Tuggeranong
area?

ACT Medicare Local invites representatives from local health and
community sectors to participate in:

"Tuggeranong Local Health Connections".

The theme for this event is -"Health care for families with teenagers".

When: Thursday 4th April 6-8pm

Where: Southern Cross Club. Tuggeranong.

This practical workshop will use case study presentations to explore
available health care options and connections.

Space will be provided for organisations to showcase the health based
programs, resources and services they provided.

Please bring along pull up banners, brochures, fact sheets, etc.

We encourage representatives from your organisation to participate in
this special networking event.
