The National Social Inclusion and Complex Needs Conference will be held in Canberra on 15-16 April 2013 (Monday and Tuesday NEXT WEEK).
This event will be the first Australian conference to showcase successful programs/approaches in addressing complex needs and social determinants of health - with the broader purpose of identifying what works and how.
