GETTING A GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP - A SESSION FOR FAMILY CARERS Poor sleep is an
all too common problem for carers and can have a big impact on health,
energy levels, concentration, mood and relationships.
This CIT Skills for Carers seminar will explore the factors that hinder and
help achieve a good night's sleep, including the importance of "letting go"
and relaxing the body and mind.
Facilitator: Suzie Williams is a registered nurse, teaches yoga, massage and
aromatherapy, and is a consultant within the aged care and disability
sectors.
