'Better late than never': disability evidence discussions start

DAVID MARK: Hearsay evidence and taped interviews are among the measures designed to make it easier for victims with disabilities to give evidence in South Australian courts.

For years, disabled people have complained they're discriminated against by the court system.

Almost two years after the State Government was told to address the issue, it's released a discussion paper and started consulting the disability sector.
