Disability ACT will be coming to Winnunga (9.30am to 5pm) on:

Wednesday 7 August
If you can think of something which would make a difference, such as
equipment/modifications to a home, taking a holiday, flexible supports and
services to meet needs and provide a break for carers - or anything else you
think of that would be of benefit, please contact Ann-Maree in the Winnunga
Social Health Team on 6284 6222 or email
ann-maree.delboux@winnunga.org.au<mailto:ann-maree.delboux@winnunga.org.au>
to book in a time to meet with a planner.
Appointments are free and go for approximately 90 minutes.
We look forward to hearing from you!
