R U OK Day?: To encourage and empower all people to regularly and
meaningfully ask 'are you ok?' to support those struggling.

To raise awareness of this important event, Nexus Ostara will be hosting
a BBQ at Glebe Park in Canberra City on Thursday, September 12th from
11am-1pm.
