DUO’s Holder and Griffith offices will be co-located at the Griffith site, commencing 1.00pm Thursday, 6 February, reopening 8.30am Tuesday, 11 February.

Both offices will be shut down for business although support to clients will continue as usual. Emergencies can be addressed by coordinators during this period by calling one of the on-call emergency numbers:

As we strengthen DUO to achieve our ambition of a thriving social enterprise that provides personal, home and community support services recognised as the best, you may notice that the organisation structure and staff positions may have changed and you are talking to somebody different from the people you have dealt with previously. If you are unsure of whom you should contact please call the office and seek advice, or alternatively take a minute to look at the updated copy of the organisational structure which will be located on the DUO website.
Further, for your information I have attached the management team structure, positions and names. The structure has been developed to better fit our service offerings and as a result we have three key service delivery areas being:
· Children & Youth Services (formerly a Tandem program) and includes AFFIRM, Tandem House, Respite and Social Support, and Case Management;
· Personal & Community Services (formerly both Tandem and HHS programs) and includes Mental Health, Living Skills, LeisureLink, Personal Care, Respite and Social Support; and
· Home Services (formerly a HHS program) and includes Home Modifications and Maintenance, Garden Maintenance, and Domestic Assistance.
