HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS - A COURSE FOR WOMEN WHO ARE FAMILY CARERS*

Good relationships are essential to our physical and emotional health.
Recent research highlights the importance of healthy relationships and
points to one important factor in being able to maintain healthy
relationships with others, and that is having a good relationship with
ourselves.

CIT SKILLS FOR CARERS presents this four week course to provide an
opportunity for carers to examine belief patterns and deepen awareness
and insights into the ways their relationships can be enhanced and
improved.

Facilitator: Carol Guy is an experienced trainer and registered nurse
with qualifications in Mental Health and group leadership.

Dates: Thursdays 20, 27 March, 3, 10 April
Time: 10am-12
Venue: DISH (Disability Information Support Hub) meeting room, Oatley
Ct, Belconnen
