I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Neal
Mason and I am the Acting Business Manager at Max Employment Tuggeranong.
We are hugely involved in the disability inclusion awards which are held
every year and we strive to help people with numerous disabilities to get
back into the workplace and find sustainable employment.

I have attached some information about what we do and what we can offer in
terms of wage subsidy in order to reduce the cost of hiring staff with
disabilities. Not only do we help the clients find jobs but we then provide
on going workplace support from our in house health team for both the job
seeker and employer in order to provide the best level of tailored support
possible.

I really hope you will consider taking on one of our disability clients as I
am confident we can highlight this partnership at the inclusion awards this
year and demonstrate how our companies have worked in partnership to help
people with disabilities.

We have a number of clients looking for a range of different roles such as
admin, general maintenance and clients interested in working in the aged
care industry.

Some of our clients are already involved with community organisations on a
voluntary basis in programs however they would love to progress this into
paid employment so they feel like they are contributing to society.
