The Home Safety Program is designed to assist ACT Residents and Businesses to improve the security of their homes or businesses and minimise other preventable risks such as fire or injuries caused by falls.
The Home Safety Program provides comprehensive Information Packs including:
How to do security and risk assessments, Protecting your property, Protecting your vehicle against theft, Creating safer homes for older people, Fire safety,Falls prevention, andBiz Safe - helping to secure your business against crime
The Program also offers Community Education to community groups, agencies and workplaces who require information on how to increase their own or their clients security and safety and how to undertake security and risk assessments.
