Discovering Me, Myself and I (Womens Self Esteem)

The Beautiful Women's Self Esteem Course: Discovering Me, Myself and I is starting in 2 weeks and has a few spots left we would love to fill




Discovering Me, Myself and I offers women a
safe and supportive space to explore the concepts of self esteem and to
build a positive understanding of self.

In a small group over 6
weeks, women are encouraged to share their stories and learn from each
other at their own pace. Women often go through times of adversity and
look for ways
they can gain a deeper understanding of themselves and develop their
self concept. Discovering Me, Myself and I provides a safe and warm
learning space to do this important work.

Participants bring the
wisdom they hold from living life and are encouraged to share in a way
which strengthens each other. Women deserve support and to be able to
see themselves
in a positive light.

This course also offers a
comfortable space for the group to build and explore skills that improve
personal wellbeing including understandings of positive relationships
and communication.
Some of the topics explored: self esteem and self identity, communication, boundaries, healthy relationships and goal setting.

When: Tuesdays 7pm-9pm


Starts: August 5th - September 9th 2014 (6 weeks)

The Acorn and Caterpillar is a new and growing social enterprise in

years experience providing psycho-educational, peer support and self
development groups. Free face to face appointments can be easily
arranged to answer questions regarding any of the courses
