This session has been designed to meet the competencies required of the nationally recognised unit HLTAID004 – Provide emergency first aid response in an education and care setting.

This course will provide you with the skills and knowledge required to provide a first aid response to infants, children and adults.
It is relevant to educators and support staff working within an education and care setting who are required to respond to a first aid emergency, including asthma and anaphylactic emergencies.

Mixed mode delivery - requires the completion of workbook prior to attending the 1 day in class workshop. Full attendance and assessment will result in competency completion and you will be issued with a Statement of Attainment in HLTAID004 - Provide emergency first aid response in an education and care setting.
