positions vacant at Advocacy for Inclusion

We have two training team positions vacant at Advocacy for Inclusion, applications close this Friday 13 February 2015:

Training Officer - Self-advocacy Program

The Training Officer is part of the Self-advocacy Program and has responsibility for developing and delivering the training work of Advocacy for Inclusion, ensuring that the training work is publicised and resourced, and facilitating the Peer Network (Self-advocacy Group).

The Training Officer works individually and in groups with Self-advocates to develop skills, support self-determination, and prepare people for the NDIS. This work may be undertaken in individual's group homes or at the Griffin Centre.


Training Support Officer - Self-advocacy Program

The Training Support Officer provides logistics and development support for all training including: providing coordination support to the training team; providing support for self-advocates and training participants; and, undertaking publicity and planning.
