Fixed term part-time 6 month contract (with possibility of renewal)
3 days per week

We have an exciting and challenging position available to work within our Disability Program as a Service Coordinator. To be successful in this role you will bring enthusiasm and energy to our dynamic team and have a willingness to engage with people with disability and their families.

The MDS program provides disability services to a range of service users who have disabilities within the NDIS context.  The program offers a range of services including short-term accommodation, tailored support packages to meet the goals of individuals and in-home supports.

This role involves the coordination of service for clients accessing the MDS program; including managing the intake and referral process. A main focus of the role will be to actively promote the Marymead Disability Service externally in order to generate awareness to the larger community and source new referrals.

This is an opportunity to work closely with clients in a committed and energetic team, for an organisation that provides a high level of support for practice - supervision.
