Adulthood should be about learning, enjoying life, having chances to contribute and a sense of purpose.
For some people with disability it can be a challenge to have these same experiences.
This is an interactive day where we will work together to explore how your family member in high school or well into adulthood can participate in a full meaningful adult life.
