A conference on 10 years of challenges and progress in rights and human services for people with intellectual disability in contact with the criminal justice system.

The Conference marks 10 years since the release of The Framework Report
This was a study of the human service needs of offenders with intellectual disability and those at risk of offending.
The Framework Report was written by NSW Council for Intellectual Disability (CID) & Intellectual Disability Rights Service (IDRS)
