Co-Resident Live-In - Woden
We are looking for the right person or couple to live with Ben in a new,
innovative housing development called the Intentional Community.

ARE YOU:


* Interested in sharing Ben's new home and helping him
with his personal care and general daily living requirements.

* Enthusiastic, caring, reliable and believe in inclusive
opportunities for people of all abilities.

* Interested in this great opportunity to share Ben's
home and life. Experience is not essential, finding the right Co-Resident
is.

The Intentional Community is currently being built and due to be completed
by April 2013. Ben will be part of the Intentional Community

As Ben's co-resident you will:

* Share a newly built 3-bedroom townhouse rent free with
Ben

* Be paid a salary

* Be employed through Hartley Lifecare

* Attend to Ben's personal health, physical and emotional
needs and wellbeing

* Shop for and prepare healthy balanced meals from fresh
ingredients

* Treat the home with respect and maintain a high level
of cleanliness

* Be free to work or study between (hours to be
negotiated) every weekday

* Have time off some weekends (to be negotiated)

* Have 4 weeks annual leave

* Have 5 public holidays annually

* Have a current driver's licence

* Work very closely with Ben's family and Hartley
Lifecare.
