Just Better Care Canberra & South East NSW (JBCC) is a responsive,
dynamic and innovative community support agency operating in the ACT and
South East NSW region. We provide in-home support services in the areas
of disability, aged care and mental health. JBCC prides itself on being
flexible and able to work with individuals to deliver the quality
support services that they desire, in a way that meets their needs.
We are seeking someone to assist in the day to day operations of our
busy and friendly office. No formal experience is required as you will
be trained on the job in handling reception calls and administration
duties. This is a permanent, part-time role, 5 days per week.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting visitors.
Answering incoming calls and assisting both our field staff and clients
with simple questions and/or requests.
Receiving and sorting daily mail.
General office duties.
Maintaining company social media sites.
Other administrative duties as directed.
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:
Australian citizenship or permanent residency; fluency in spoken and
written English; a positive attitude and good presentation; pleasant and
efficient telephone manner; good communication skills; ability to follow
directions and work as part of a team; sound computer skills; knowledge
of social media sites; ability to keep client information confidential;
punctual and reliable; eagerness to learn.
The position is located at Fyshwick, ACT and is available for an
immediate start.
