Disability and Aged Care Business Development Manager
QuestCare is one of Canberra's leading Disability and Aged Care support agencies, providing quality care services for Disability ACT and several community organisations in Canberra and surrounding regions since 1997. We are an NDIS approved organisation in partnership with an accredited Training Organisation, providing newly skilled DSO staff on a regular basis.
QuestCare has a vacancy for a highly motivated manager with a proven track record in developing new business opportunities and building networks and strong relationships in the ACT and surrounds in Disability and Home and Community Care sectors.
Duties and responsibilities include:
* Further developing QuestCare client base
* Developing computer based database
* Building strong relationships with clients and their guardians
* Assessing client needs
* Preparing written proposals/quotations for the NDIS and other funded programs
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
* Experience with the Care services in the ACT
* Proven skills in business development
* Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
* Experience with Microsoft Office programs
* Proven capacity to work effectively with minimum supervision
