Caring, loss and keeping going - a session for family carers

Caring, loss and keeping going - a session for family carers This session provides an opportunity for family carers to reflect on the sadness, the sense of loss that pervades when you are caring for someone you love, as well as the ways that this reshapes life, changes perspectives and calls on resilience and strength even when it may feel nonexistent.
