Understanding the Public Advocate and Guardianship - a course for family carers

UNDERSTANDING THE PUBLIC ADVOCATE AND GUARDIANSHIP - A COURSE FOR FAMILY
CARERS

These sessions aim to give carers insight and practical advice into some
of the legal matters that can help them in their present and future
caring roles.
Topics to be covered include the roles of the Public Advocate and the
Public Trustee, Powers of Attorney, Enduring Powers of Attorney and
Guardianship.

Facilitator: A representative of The Public Advocate of the ACT.
