a Service Delivery Coordinator, a key link in matching clients with support
workers.
The Service Delivery Coordinator liaises with clients and support workers to
manage the provision of in home respite and community base support to
adults, children & young people who have a disability, and their families,
who live in the ACT.

- A strong can do attitude
- A current drivers license;
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident computer skills
- A strong time management & task prioritisation focus
